Today is the one year anniversary of my mastectomy.

I would say "Happy Anniversary" but for the fact that this is not a joyous event to be fondly remembered.
Now that your renovations (of home and of body) are over I wish you a nice, quiet - dull if you will - existence for the next 1/2 century.
